Hey, everybody . . . I'm new around here, but at the suggestion of Irvin I decided to let you know what Boptism Music Publishing has to offer for trombonists.

The Reinhardt Routines—a total embouchure development plan for trombone is one of our biggest sellers. Written by Dr. Donald S. Reinhardt, assembled and compiled by Rich Willey and edited by David H. Sheetz, this collection is designed for people who never studied with Reinhardt but would like to take advantage of his teachings.

Trombone Mechanisms & More is "a streamlined school of technique designed to meet the ever-increasing instrumental demands of modern music." Tons of drills aimed at toughening up your weaknesses and turning them into your strengths along with etudes by Dick Getz that are designed to give you the ultimate workout you've been looking for.

Vassily Brandt's 34 Orchestral Etudes originally written for trumpet, now available at last for trombone. Reinhardt hailed this book as the "best etude book ever written," and now trombonists don't have to read it in tenor clef anymore.

And lastly, a book I wrote earlier this year based on concepts I learned from Dr. Donald S. Reinhardt, FocalPoint—a centered approach to embouchure development plan. Learn how to build range from the "center" outward rather than from the bottom to the top while covering all the essential elements of brass playing on a daily basis.

If you're not interested in those, I hope you'll look around at www.boptism.com at some of our other publications for trombone. Thanks!
